For the first post on my new sports blog I’ve included my all time favourite sports quote from former tennis player Vitas Gerulitas.
After ending a losing streak to Jimmy Connors of 16 times in 1980, he rather sarcastically proclaimed the above to all other competitors.
This story highlights my ambitions for this blog… not success after many failures, just a witty comment that everyone will remember.
